Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 12-Week Leadership Accountability Plan app at accountability.leadersbynature.co.uk ("the App"), provided by Leaders by Nature Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account and using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. About the App

The App is a private tool for individuals participating in a Leaders by Nature 12-Week Leadership Accountability Programme. Access is by invitation only. You must have been invited by a programme administrator to create an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with anyone
• Ensuring that the email address on your account is accurate and up to date
• Any activity that takes place under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at jude@judejennison.com.

3. How the App works

Each week, you will be asked to answer three private reflection questions relating to that week's theme. You may also record a key insight and one thing you will do differently.

Your responses are entirely private — they are not visible to other users, your team, your employer, or programme administrators. Administrators can only see whether you have completed your reflections for a given week, not what you wrote.

The App is a tool to support your personal reflection. It is not a performance management system and your responses will never be used to evaluate you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — completing your weekly leadership reflections as part of your programme.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the App's content or structure
• Use the App to store or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or in breach of any third party's rights

5. Intellectual property

The 12-week programme content — including all themes, questions, frameworks, and structure — is the intellectual property of Leaders by Nature Ltd. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any programme content without our prior written permission.

Your reflection responses remain your own. We do not claim any ownership over what you write.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time, which may result in brief periods of unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided as a support tool for your leadership development programme. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaders by Nature Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Termination

Your access to the App is tied to your participation in a Leaders by Nature programme. We may suspend or remove your access if:

• Your programme has ended
• You breach these terms
• We are required to do so by law

You may request that your account be deleted at any time by contacting jude@judejennison.com.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
